50% to reserve the calendar, balance on delivery · two revision rounds included on every commission, further rounds billed hourly · rush delivery +35% · marketing use of every deliverable is included; broadcast & paid-media licensing quoted separately · Selection Stills are fully credited toward a film commission of the same space · every delivered scene stays on file — as the design evolves, updates to selections or layout are commissioned from $600, typically 2–3 days · material & finish variant schemes of a delivered space (“same kitchen, three cabinet colors”) from $800 per scheme · a delivered film redone in a different color or finish scheme from $1,500 (The Reveal) / $3,000 (The Floor) / $5,000 (The House) · vertical social cuts and professional voiceover available as add-ons on any film; music & sound design are included in every film · quotes scale with area and detail — unusually large or complex properties are commissioned as The Signature.
